This role sits within a collaborative Agile environment where developers work closely with business partners, security, and delivery teams to design reliable data pipelines, strengthen integration frameworks, and contribute reusable development standards across the organization. What's In Store For You: This is an onsite-focused opportunity in Charlotte, NC, with a 4-day in-office schedule and 1 remote day per week. The role is structured as contract-to-hire preferred, with direct hire also open. This position requires W2 employment only; no Corp-to-Corp or subcontracting arrangements. The role offers the opportunity to step into a senior technical position with ownership across ETL development, data integration, technical documentation, Agile delivery, and mentorship.
