PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND CONDITIONS: * Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time. * Some travel is required. * Must be available outside of hours for emergencies or other management/escalation needs. * Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. * Work unpredictable hours, including weekends. * Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. * Must express or exchange ideas and meaning with co-workers, supervisors, customers and vendors. ## Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Information Technology (IT) Manager provides hands-on leadership for the Bank's technology operations, infrastructure, applications, cloud services, automation, and information security support functions. This role manages IT staff and vendors while remaining actively engaged in technical execution, incident response, project delivery, process improvement, and operational readiness. The IT Manager ensures secure, reliable, and well-documented operation of on-premises, hosted, SaaS, and cloud environments, including core banking applications, Microsoft 365, AWS, Microsoft Azure, virtualization platforms, Windows and Linux servers, networks, storage, backup, monitoring, and endpoint technologies. The position partners with business units, IT leadership, and strategic vendors to resolve issues, reduce risk, improve service availability, and support scalable technology operations.
