## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, IT, or programming field.
 * 3 years' experience helping people with computer problems, both in-person and remote.
 * Great customer service - desire to help and interact with users.
 * Helpful demeanor - help, teach, train and share best practices.
 * Acute attention to detail to set up and document systems consistently and thoroughly.
 * Experience with Microsoft products: Server 2016/2019, Win 11, Office 365.
 * History working with cabling, patch panels, punch downs, Ethernet, racks, air conditioning, power.
 * Ability to develop and communicate daily strategies and plans.
 * Is accustomed to the always available nature of small business IT in a 24/7 service organization.
 * Can handle fixing "anything that is plugged in".

Preferred:

 * Experience automating tasks via coding / scripting.
 * Experience using AI to work more efficiently.
 * Experience with databases or web development (PHP / MySQL / Javascript / HTML / CSS).

## Description

* Act as the initial point of contact for computer related concerns.
 * Make sure workstations and applications work well in the field and home office.
 * Maintain and configure computers, printers, iPhones and other devices.
 * Archive, image, ship and recover technology equipment.
 * Manage Active Directory, Office 365 and other accounts.
 * Manage network devices including switches, modems, and phone system.
 * Physically install cubicle hardware, mounting brackets and other miscellaneous devices.
 * Be a go-to technical resource for the company.
 * Create documentation and conduct training for end users.
