## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; Master's or CPA preferred.
 * Expertise in financial systems, including Workday and IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).
 * Strong proficiency in data modeling and dashboarding tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, Anaplan, Tableau).
 * Proven experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar AI/data platforms.
 * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 * Understanding of financial processes (e.g., budgeting, forecasting, general ledger).

## Description

* Lead digital transformation efforts across financial systems, driving automation and scalable architecture.
 * Partner with Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders to define requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
 * Architect and maintaincomplex, multi-dimensional financial data modelsthat support dynamic planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis
 * LeverageDatabricks, Snowflake and other AI platformsto manage large-scale financial data and enable predictive analytics and machine learning.
 * Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools to deliver real-time insights.
 * Conduct systems analysis to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
 * Manage reconciliation processes between Workday, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), and other financial subsystems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
 * Maintain documentation and enforce data governance and internal control standards.
