 + architecture decisions
 + system trade-offs
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

## Description

* Translate business needs into scalable system architecture and data flows
 * Define integration approaches (ERP, eCommerce, data platforms, middleware, APIs)
 * Drive CRM transformation initiatives across multiple systems and stakeholders
 * Facilitate workshops with business and technical teams to shape solutions
 * Contribute to architecture decisions, trade-offs, and system design standards
 * Guide implementation teams and ensure alignment with long-term architecture
 * Mentor team members and help build internal CRM and SAP Cloud capabilities, + CRM Lead
 + Senior Consultant
 * Exposure to:
 + ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
 + Customer data platforms/data lakes
 + eCommerce / CPQ / Order-to-Cash flows
 * Background in CRM transformation or migration projects
