In this role, you'll work closely with product managers, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to transform complex business needs into scalable technology solutions. You will play a key role in defining product requirements, managing delivery backlogs, and ensuring high-quality execution across Agile teams. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, business process expertise, and a passion for delivering user-centered solutions in a fast-paced enterprise environment. What You'll Do Product Delivery & Agile Execution * Own and prioritize the product backlog to align with business objectives and roadmap priorities. * Translate business requirements, epics, and features into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria. * Partner with engineering teams to refine requirements, decompose features, and support sprint planning activities. * Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and ensure work items meet Definition of Ready standards. * Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and demonstrations. * Help establish sprint goals and support successful delivery of product outcomes. Requirements & Solution Management * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across business and technology teams. * Evaluate current and future-state processes to identify opportunities for improvement. * Create user stories, process flows, business rules, use cases, and functional requirements. * Identify dependencies, risks, assumptions, and cross-functional impacts. * Ensure requirements are measurable, testable, and implementation-ready. * Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and business validation activities. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery teams during development cycles. * Collaborate with product managers, engineers, architects, QA teams, and business partners to clarify requirements and resolve issues. * Communicate delivery progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders. * Build relationships across business, operations, technology, risk, and compliance organizations. * Support roadmap planning, prioritization, and continuous product improvement efforts.
