The role requires deep platform expertise, strong procurement domain knowledge, and experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise ERP systems., Lead end-to-end development of ServiceNow Source-to-Pay solutions. Design scalable technical solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Builder, Workspaces and Employee Center. Implement Supplier Onboarding, Sourcing, Procurement, Purchase Orders, Invoice Management and Approval workflows. Develop and support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP/Fusion, Coupa, Ariba, Workday and other enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server. Mentor developers, perform code reviews, enforce development standards and support Agile delivery. Develop dashboards, Performance Analytics, reports and executive KPIs.
