## About the Role

* 8+ YOE, with 5+ years of experience working with large-scale infrastructure systems and cloud environments
 * Hands-on experience in AWS/Google Cloud Platform/AliCloud and knowledge of its ecosystem
 * Experience in scaling and operating Kubernetes
 * Excellent communication skills are a must; experience working with customers directly to explain how they would use the infrastructure to build solutions that meet their business goals.
 * Proven ability to work in an agile environment, flexible to adapt to changes
 * Programming experience in Golang, Python, and bash scripting
 * Fast learner with experience in IaC fundamentals and monitoring solutions
 * Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or AliCloud (Must require 1, in addition to AWS)
 * Experience managing Kubernetes clusters (RBAC / Security, etc)
 * Experience developing, deploying, and managing services on Kubernetes clusters via Helm charts, Kustomize, etc
 * Advanced Experience with Infrastructure as Code tooling (Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane)
 * Experience with automation for infrastructure management
 * Experience with Kubernetes advanced features (Operators, OPA Policies, Webhooks, etc)
 * Experience with Kubernetes networking ecosystem (Cillium, ALB, NLB, Envoy, Nginx ingress, Certificate managers, etc)
 * Programming experience in Golang, experience building RESTful web services
 * Advanced experience with using AI for coding

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience developing Temporal workflows
 * UI development experience

## Description

We seek a Data Platform Infrastructure Engineer skilled in AWS/Google Cloud Platform/AliCloud and Kubernetes to build and maintain the infrastructure powering our data platform. You'll ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of large-scale systems, developing tools and dashboards for monitoring and management. Experience with infrastructure-as-code and deploying complex services to Kubernetes is essential. You'll collaborate with engineering teams within our organization and stakeholders to build, test, and maintain robust data platforms.
