Join our Bots and Spam team, where you will tackle the critical challenge of safeguarding the platform against sophisticated bot threats. While our current team Backend and ML engineers have made tremendous progress in improving our detection quality and mitigation efficacy, we have reached a critical inflection point. To move from reactive firefighting to a hardened, self-serve platform, we need the missing piece of our puzzle: you. We are seeking a founding Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Frontend focus) on the bot defense team, to strengthen our in-house Bot Defense solutions at Roblox. As a full-stack engineer on our team, you will bridge the gap between our advanced ML and backend solutions by building intuitive, scalable, and high-performance front-end user interactions to bring these defenses to life. You will have a direct impact on platform health, ensuring fairness for creators and players by staying ahead of evolving threats in a high-stakes, data-driven environment.
