The ideal candidate must possess an active TS/SCI with a POLY. The candidate will, + Ability to use the Atlassian Suite products (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) + Capability to use CAMEO + Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, * A High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen (14) years of general system engineering experience. * A Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus six (6) years of systems engineering experience. * A Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required, plus four (4) years of systems engineering experience. * A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required, plus four (4) years of systems engineering experience. ## Description * Analyze users' requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities. Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies. * Provide technical leadership in integrating requirements, design, and technology. Incorporates new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations. Develops technical documentation. * Develop system Architecture and system design documentation. Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans. * Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility. * Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives. Provides system engineering services and supports the HPC System Design & Engineering organization in support of the HPC CAPABILITIES program. * Support the team's efforts to develop and maintain the architectural direction and methods for HPC systems, including compute, memory, interconnect, network, and storage architectures, to meet current and future mission requirements. * Support the development, test, and integration of commercial and custom HPC computing solutions as needed to support the overall HPC mission. * Support and provide rigorous end-to-end systems engineering services through the entire HPC development and acquisition life cycle.
