Nice to have: * Quality engineering experience. * Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) or equivalent experience in structured problem-solving. * Prior experience with Tier 1 Automotive companies or similar high-reliability industries. * Familiarity with magnetics or advanced materials. ## Description We are seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to lead the development and qualification of reliability tests for Niron magnets. This role will focus on mechanical, thermal, and corrosion testing informed by ASTM standards, ensuring product durability and performance across diverse applications. The ideal candidate will coordinate the execution of the reliability control plan, working closely with cross-functional teams including the engineering and commercial teams. This position requires a hands-on approach in the lab, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
