The IT Technical Writer will develop, refine, and maintain technical documentation supporting IT systems, cybersecurity initiatives, and operational processes. This role works closely with engineers, analysts, and military personnel to ensure documentation aligns with DoD standards and supports mission readiness.

 * Develop and maintain technical documentation including user manuals, SOPs, and system guides
 * Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation for diverse audiences
 * Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to gather and validate technical requirements
 * Identify documentation gaps and implement improvements to enhance clarity and usability
 * Ensure all documentation complies with DoD standards, including MIL-STD and Army style guidelines
 * Manage document version control and lifecycle processes across systems and repositories
 * Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint to produce deliverables
