## About the Role

* B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or related field is preferred.
 * Advanced study or related professional training and certification are desirable.
 * At least 5 years' successful relevant work and management experience.
 * Knowledge of and experience with the Federal contracting acquisition processes.

## Description

Lead or support Caelum's IT development and business initiatives in federal agencies that provide for the expansion of Caelum's IT capabilities and revenues., * Works with corporate leadership to develop short/long-range goals/objectives for IT development. Recommend strategies enhancing the Company's technological strengths and new capabilities.

 * Support service offerings to include Enterprise IT, Cybersecurity, Data Management, Cloud Technology, AI Applications, and Modernization.
 * Champion IT initiatives in business development and proposal preparation activities.

REPORTING/INTERFACE RELATIONSHIPS:

 * Reports to Caelum's Sr. Vice President.
 * Participate in internal BD meetings and interface with other executives, managers, and support group members.
 * Interfaces externally with government personnel, vendors, and partners.
