Preferred Qualifications * Experience within retail, hospitality, consumer, or multi-location enterprise environments. * Experience supporting global technology rollouts and geographically distributed teams. * Familiarity with modern architecture principles, cloud platforms, microservices, and digital commerce ecosystems. * PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent certifications. * Experience working with external vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners. ## Description We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology transformation initiatives across our global digital and commerce ecosystem. This role will oversee multiple concurrent workstreams spanning Global Point of Sale (POS), Digital Commerce and UI/UX, Modern Platform Architecture (MPA), Technical Debt Reduction, and Engineering Modernization. The ideal candidate is not a specialist in only one area, but rather a seasoned technology delivery leader who has successfully managed large-scale transformation programs involving product, engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and business stakeholders. This individual will serve as the operational glue between teams, ensuring strategic initiatives are planned, aligned, governed, and delivered effectively.
