People Skills: * Proven experience in people management and Operational Leadership * Strong organizational and process implementation abilities * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills * Capable of managing multiple initiatives and leading by example * In-depth knowledge of performance metrics * Foster an open, creative, and collaborative team environment Secondary Skills: * Familiarity with Agile Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, and ITIL processes * Strong background in application system management * Experience supporting BI applications at L2 and L3 levels * Analytical and troubleshooting skills; business requirements comprehension * Data collation and root cause analysis experience * Firsthand experience working with Platform modernization and migration to cloud-native architecture * Understanding and experience in working for AI use case for BI, data agents, data enrichment and AI lead automation and similar experience.
