Level 1 One (1) year of experience in Software Engineering. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or appropriate field from an accredited college or university may be substituted for one (1) year of experience. Level 2 Three (3) years of experience in Software Engineering. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or appropriate field may be substituted for one (1) year of experience or a Graduate degree may be substituted for three (3) years of experience. Appropriate coursework in other degree programs can be substituted for an Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics degree. Level 3 Six (6) years of experience in Software Engineering. Appropriate coursework in other degree programs can be substituted for an Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics degree. ## Description BCT LLC is seeking Software Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess an active TS/SCI with POLY and have experience with Policy and/or a SIGINT background. In this position, the Software Engineer develops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems based upon documented requirements. Works individually or as part of a team. Reviews and tests software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results. Resolves software problem reports. Utilizes software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment. Provides specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components.
