In this role, the IT Specialist will work with our IT Manager to provide day-to-day technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist in deploying new systems, and maintain user productivity through responsive service. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of hardware configuration, networking fundamentals, and software administration. This position also requires an effective communicator who successfully collaborates with other departments on special projects and initiatives., * Bachelor's degree in business, IT, computer science or 2-3 years of relevant professional experience. * 2+ years of administering and troubleshooting common issues with Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac, etc.). * 2+ years of administering Microsoft 365 environments. * Strong foundational knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and security concepts. * Basic understanding of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, access points). * Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems. * Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
