Preferred Qualifications * SAFe RTE, SAFe SM, PSM II/III, CSM, or equivalent Agile certifications. * Experience in cloud, DevOps, or enterprise-scale software delivery environments. * Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and engineering workflows. * Ability to analyze delivery metrics and drive data-informed decisions. Ability to Travel: Up to 10% ## Description The Lead Scrum Master serves as a senior Agile delivery leader responsible for coordinating and optimizing delivery across multiple Agile teams. This role facilitates alignment, transparency, and cross-team collaboration through Scrum of Scrums and scaled Agile practices, while leveraging Azure DevOps to support backlog management, reporting, workflow visibility, and delivery accountability.
