Skills * Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Strong critical thinking skills, including the ability to analyze data, interpret requirements, draw logical conclusions, and develop effective solutions to complex problems. ## Description We're Palco. The QA Tester II plays a key role in ensuring software releases meet business and technical specifications, are free of defects, and are ready for production deployment. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of QA methodologies, and the ability to lead testing efforts across multiple projects. The QA Tester II is a subject matter expert in assigned areas and contributes to process improvement and mentoring junior testers.
