## Description

Plan A Technologies is looking for a skilled and versatile Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain the core server-side logic of our applications. In this role, you will act as a generalist backend engineer, focusing on creating high-performance microservices, optimizing database performance, and ensuring seamless data flow. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into robust, production-ready code., * Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend services and APIs.

 * Build high-performance, scalable microservices and define efficient communication protocols.
 * Design, optimize, and maintain relational database schemas, ensuring data integrity and query efficiency.
 * Identify system bottlenecks, optimize application performance, and ensure the high availability of core services.
 * Partner alongside frontend developers, product managers, and other engineering stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
