In this role, you will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Merchandising, and Engineering teams to drive data-informed decision-making across a subscription-based e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate combines strong expertise in business intelligence, advanced analytics, and experimentation with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that improve customer acquisition, retention, personalization, and overall business performance., * Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. * 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related disciplines. * 2+ years of experience providing technical guidance, mentorship, or leadership within analytics teams. * Demonstrated experience working in e-commerce environments, preferably within subscription-based business models. * Advanced proficiency with SQL. * Strong experience with Python (or R). * Hands-on experience with Tableau and Snowflake. * Strong understanding of statistical analysis, experimentation methodologies, and predictive analytics. * Experience creating reporting solutions, dashboards, and business intelligence frameworks. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
