## About the Role

* Associate degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred
 * 2+ years of IT systems analysis and integration design implementation preferred
 * Experience with ERP connections/accounting platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, or similar
 * Power BI, Azure, SQL database, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills strongly preferred
 * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

## Description

NVP Warranty is seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Data Analyst to support accounting systems operations and sales analysis reporting. This entry level role partners with the Administrative & Payroll Manager to maintain and improve accounting software, manage the invoicing systems platform, and deliver accurate reports that support business decisions.

This position is ON-SITE. Reporting daily to office is required., * Review existing accounting software systems for improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

 * Support, maintain, and optimize accounting and ERP/reporting systems
 * Develop, automate, and enhance financial and operational reports and analytics
 * Conduct weekly invoicing and updating of invoicing software
 * Prepare month-end sales reporting and quarterly analytic reports
 * Additional duties as requested
