## About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and organized full-time Basic IT Support and Office Assistant to join our team. This dual-role combines hands-on technical support with office responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have basic IT skills, be good with computers, enjoy solving technical issues and be able to manage multiple priorities. This position will help support information technology operations at all of Griffin Beverage's locations while performing a variety of office support functions. Compensation commensurate with experience., The successful candidate will be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with all departments. We will train the right candidate on our systems, processes, and technology platforms. Working knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Adobe, QuickBooks, iOS systems, and mobile device management is helpful.

## Description

* Set up computers, iPhones, iPads, printers and other tech devices and office equipment for users.
 * Troubleshoot IT issues and work with our partners to resolve them.
 * General office support tasks, data entry, reports and projects.
