## About the Role

* 10 years of HVAC residential and commercial service experience
 * Complete understanding of refrigerant circuits and basic electric
 * Strong trouble shooting skills to include electrical and mechanical systems
 * Good interpersonal and communication skills
 * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
 * Ability to multi-task
 * Must possess a high level of customer service
 * Able to work within a team environment
 * Strong PC skills including the use of Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word, and our CRM
 * EPA certification required
 * Ability to travel to Rutland VT, Williston VT, and Lebanon NH

Job Type: Full-time

## Description

* Field technical support phone calls from both contractors and FW Webb employees
 * Maintain a broad knowledge of both commercial and residential HVAC systems
 * Job site visits as required to field support our contractors with trouble shooting
 * Assisting with job site start-ups as needed
 * Must be capable of going up on roofs with contractors
 * Willingness to travel as needed
 * Participate in company and factory provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies.
 * Ability to deliver technical training in a classroom environment
