## About the Role

* Minimum 10 years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience.
 * Experience leading enterprise IT infrastructure projects, including data center integration or brownfield environments.
 * Experience managing IT/OT infrastructure projects in manufacturing or industrial environments.
 * Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other validated manufacturing environments preferred.
 * Knowledge of GxP, FDA, or similar regulated industry requirements.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of:

 * IT infrastructure architecture
 * LAN/WAN networking
 * Wi-Fi and switching
 * Data centers
 * Servers and virtualization
 * Firewalls and cybersecurity
 * Workplace technologies
 * Operational Technology (OT) environments, * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
 * PMP or PRINCE2 certification required.

Preferred Skills

 * Excellent project planning and organizational skills.
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
 * Proven risk management and conflict resolution experience.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

## Description

We are seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT and Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure projects supporting a next-generation manufacturing facility. This role manages projects ranging from local site initiatives to regional and global implementations, ensuring successful delivery of IT/OT infrastructure that supports advanced automation, smart manufacturing, and digital transformation., * Lead IT/OT infrastructure projects throughout the full project lifecycle.

 * Coordinate with Project Managers, Program Managers, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
 * Manage implementation of IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switching, data centers, servers, firewalls, workplace technologies, and OT infrastructure.
 * Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
 * Ensure infrastructure is delivered in compliance with established IT security, quality, and regulatory standards.
 * Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, resources, deliverables, risks, and communications.
 * Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
 * Resolve project issues, delays, and changing priorities while maintaining project objectives.
 * Lead project status meetings and steering committee reviews.
 * Maintain project documentation, reporting, and tracking systems.
 * Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
