Unlike organizations where Product Owners focus on a single application, Product Owners at Axela work across our entire product ecosystem. This role requires someone who can quickly learn new business processes, understand how our products work together, and translate operational challenges into intuitive software solutions. The ideal candidate combines business analysis, product thinking, UX awareness, and technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and engineering teams. Role Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Discovery * Own product initiatives from discovery through production and post-launch optimization. * Partner with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand business needs, identify pain points, and define product solutions. * Analyze workflows and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, usability, and customer value. * Balance customer needs, operational requirements, compliance considerations, and technical feasibility when defining solutions. * Maintain product roadmaps and prioritize backlogs using Azure DevOps. Product Design & Documentation * Translate business requirements into Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, business rules, and process flows. * Create wireframes, workflow diagrams, HTML prototypes, and other visual concepts to communicate product ideas. * Produce release notes, user guides, SOPs, and training documentation to support successful product adoption. Cross-Functional Delivery * Collaborate with Operations, Client Success, Compliance, Legal, Sales, Support, Development, QA, and Executive Leadership throughout the software development lifecycle. * Facilitate discovery sessions, backlog refinement, sprint planning, product demonstrations, and stakeholder reviews. * Ensure new features align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and the overall Axela product ecosystem.
