## About the Role

We are looking for experienced Field Technicians with hands-on expertise in Nokia RAN equipment installation, integration, testing, and commissioning. The ideal candidate should have experience working in telecom field deployments, including Nokia Baseband Units (BBUs), racks, power systems, and site integration activities.

Candidates must possess a valid Nokia certification and be comfortable working at customer sites across the assigned region., * Strong hands-on experience with Nokia RAN equipment installation and commissioning.

 * Experience installing Nokia racks, Rectifiers, and PDUs.
 * Experience with Nokia ABIA/ABIO BBU installation and integration.
 * Experience connecting BBUs to Core Network equipment, network switches, and site cabling.
 * Hands-on experience performing installation, testing, and commissioning of Nokia RAN equipment.
 * Good understanding of telecom site installation procedures and field deployment activities.
 * Ability to troubleshoot hardware, cabling, and integration issues.
 * Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Mandatory Requirement

 * Valid Nokia Certification (Mandatory)., * Experience with LTE and/or 5G Nokia RAN deployments.
 * Experience working on telecom rollout or network modernization projects.
 * Strong communication and documentation skills.

## Description

* Install Nokia telecom racks, including integration of Rectifiers, PDUs, and associated power equipment.
 * Perform installation, integration, and commissioning of Nokia ABIA/ABIO Baseband Units (BBUs).
 * Complete BBU connectivity to the Core Network, network switches, and associated cabling.
 * Perform installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of Nokia RAN equipment.
 * Verify hardware installation, cable connectivity, alarms, and power-up activities.
 * Execute site acceptance testing and ensure equipment is fully operational.
 * Troubleshoot installation and integration issues during deployment.
 * Coordinate with project managers, field engineers, and customer teams during implementation.
 * Maintain installation documentation and commissioning reports.
 * Follow all customer safety and quality standards while working on-site.
