* Top Secret / SCI Clearance
 * U.S. Citizenship
 * 1 or more years of relevant systems administrator experience
 * High School Diploma or equivalent
 * CompTIA Security + Certification (or equivalent)
 * Ability to work well solo and onsite in a classified environment
 * Basic Windows Administration
 * Basic Linux Administration
 * Basic understanding of Cloud and Virtualization concepts

Desired Qualifications

 * User Administration via Active Directory, Keycloak, Local Accounts, IAM Permissions and Roles
 * Understanding of RBAC and ABAC concepts, * High school or equivalent (Required)

License/Certification:

 * Top-Secret / SCI Clearance (Required)
 * CompTIA Security + Certification (or equivalent) (Required)

## Description

Minerva is looking for a Systems Administrator to become part of the backbone of our technology infrastructure. Your expertise will support system stability, security, and performance, enabling our teams to innovate and succeed.

Primary Duties

 * Provide basic help desk functions
 * Create users, reset passwords, and assist with basic troubleshooting
 * Provide support at the Dayton, OH work site to onboard users into classified regions 60% or more of work hours
 * Provide responsive support to customers via phone, teams, and email 100% of work hours
