## About the Role

* 10+ years of enterprise Network Engineering/Administration experience
 * 5+ years of Cisco VoIP/Unified Communications experience
 * Strong experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Voice Gateways, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), SIP Trunks, and VoIP Routers
 * Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, VLANs, QoS, Routing, Switching, ACLs, Firewalls, and IP Networking
 * Experience with VoIP monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades, and performance optimization
 * Knowledge of network security and disaster recovery best practices
 * Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills

 * Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)
 * IPv6
 * InformaCast
 * Enterprise Voice/Collaboration environments

## Description

We are seeking a Senior System Architect / VoIP Network Engineer with deep expertise in Cisco Unified Communications, VoIP, and enterprise networking. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting mission-critical Voice over IP infrastructure in a large enterprise environment.
