## About the Role

* 5+ years of PeopleSoft Development experience
 * Strong experience supporting PeopleSoft HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules
 * Hands-on experience with:
 * PeopleCode
 * Application Engine
 * SQR
 * Application Designer
 * PS Query
 * Complex SQL development
 * Experience designing and implementing new PeopleSoft objects and functionality
 * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills
 * Ability to work directly with business users and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Oracle Database experience
 * Experience with PeopleSoft PUM and Change Assistant
 * Exposure to Workday integrations, Workday Studio, Oracle Integration Cloud, or similar cloud integration platforms
 * Experience supporting ERP migration or modernization initiatives
 * Familiarity with cloud-based HRIS or ERP platforms

## Description

We are seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst to support and enhance a mature PeopleSoft environment while playing a key role in the organization's long-term ERP modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.

This position offers a unique opportunity to combine hands-on PeopleSoft development with future-focused integration, migration, and cloud platform projects.

Responsibilities:

 * Design, develop, test, and support PeopleSoft applications and enhancements
 * Create and maintain technical design documentation
 * Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while providing user support
 * Develop solutions utilizing PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Application Designer, PS Query, and SQL
 * Participate in large-scale projects involving system enhancements and business process improvements
 * Support payroll, benefits, and human resources modules within PeopleSoft
 * Assist with system migrations, integrations, and modernization initiatives
 * Participate in data mapping, conversion, validation, and integration activities
 * Provide after-hours support when required
