## About the Role

* 15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, automation or technology delivery.
 * Significant experience leading large automation transformation programmes.
 * Strong expertise in UiPath Test Cloud/Test Suite and/or Tricentis platforms.
 * Demonstrated experience building or deploying Agentic AI solutions for Quality Engineering.
 * Understanding of AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and autonomous workflows.
 * Experience across enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
 * Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms and modern engineering practices.
 * Proven experience managing global delivery teams and senior client stakeholders.
 * Strong commercial understanding, including estimations, margins, utilisation and delivery profitability.
 * Excellent communication, leadership and executive presentation skills.
 * UiPath or Tricentis professional certifications.
 * Experience with Tricentis Tosca, qTest, NeoLoad, Testim or SeaLights.
 * Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or Semantic Kernel.
 * Experience building Quality Engineering Centres of Excellence.
