## Description

The SAP Warehouse Management Support Analyst operates across both operational support and project environments within the Super User Network (SUN). This role serves as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, providing first-level support, driving issue resolution, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across Warehouse Management processes.

What You'll Do:

Operational Support

 * Serve as the first point of contact (Level 0/1 support) for Warehouse Management-related issues
 * Provide prompt support via phone, email, and messaging platforms
 * Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production issues
 * Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions
 * Provide end-user training and support documentation
 * Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation

Business Analysis & Continuous Improvement

 * Analyze business processes and identify improvements
 * Translate business requirements into solutions
 * Support process optimization initiatives

Project Support & Delivery

 * Participate in SAP EWM/ERP projects and enhancements
 * Support testing cycles and validation
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Systems & Technical Responsibilities

 * SAP WM, EWM, and MM-IM support
 * Analyze third-party integrations (EDI, WMS, interfaces)
 * Monitor warehouse KPIs

Collaboration & Training

 * Deliver training and support end users
 * Collaborate with IT and business teams

Remote candidates must be available to travel to St. Louis for the first two to three weeks for in-person training.
