## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination, preferably in a healthcare or technology environment
 * Excellent communication skills, including prior experience working with onshore healthcare clients
 * Proficiency in ServiceNow, MS Office and familiarity with MS Project or similar project management tools
 * Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and SDLC processes
 * Solid orientation toward customer service and teamwork, * PMP or equivalent certification
 * Prior working experience with ServiceNow for project tracking and management
 * Familiarity with HIPAA and other healthcare compliance standards
 * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
 * Solid team-oriented skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams

## Description

* Person will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects for the client's clinical and non-clinical projects
 * Will identify and define business, functional and interface requirements
 * Responsible for defining project scope, objectives and deliverables aligned with healthcare regulations and organizational goals
 * Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
 * Will be responsible for collaborating with clinical, administrative and IT teams to gather requirements
 * Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
 * Maintain documentation for audits and compliance
 * Facilitate meetings and ensure transparency in progress tracking
