You Will * Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the technology vision for the organization with a keen focus on technology integration, application modernization, and alignment with business strategies in the health plan ecosystem. * Integration Expertise: Establish robust integration frameworks to ensure seamless interoperability between health plan applications, data systems, and external healthcare partners, meeting regulatory and compliance requirements. * Application & Cloud Strategy: Guide the assessment, selection, design, and migration of applications to cloud-based solutions, ensuring scalability, operational efficiency, and alignment with the organization's long-term technology goals. * Communicate Issues and Manage Risks: Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. Implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential issues, ensuring project success. * Collaborate Strongly Across the Organization: Work closely with business and delivery teams to manage dependencies and ensure alignment.
