Ability to influence at all levels and without direct authority, lead end-to-end, and bend seamlessly between strategic and tactical work. * Establish rapport, credibility, trust and build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcomes for complex programs. * Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences, strong presentation skills and compelling storytelling abilities. Able to visually communicate complex topics and influence stakeholders to take action. * Ability to galvanize teams behind your execution plan, communicate a clear story of challenges and opportunities, and align executive teams on program outcomes. * Experience driving program outcomes in an Agile/Scrum based environment, balancing the desire of date driven business outcomes and prioritization based development outcomes. ## Description If you're passionate about thriving in the ambiguity of a v1 environment and have a bias toward action, we would love to have you join the Business Acceleration team in Technology as a Staff Technical Program Manager, supporting our Native AI acceleration initiatives. Your goal is to drive technical program management that accelerates our current product strategies and application of latest technologies with measurable business/customer ROI (in 6-12 months). As a Staff TPM, you will partner with existing Business Unit (BU) teams to accelerate their current business and product strategies by leveraging cutting-edge technology.
