As the primary onsite resource, you'll deliver hands-on desktop, network, and infrastructure support while collaborating with Network Doctor's remote teams to ensure seamless service delivery. This role demands professionalism, agility, and confidence across a wide range of technologies. You don't need to know everything-but you should know how to find solutions, ask the right questions, and leverage your team effectively. You'll be employed by Network Doctor, a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP) supporting hundreds of organizations nationwide, giving you access to a full team of experts so you're never tackling complex challenges alone. The role requires 4-5 onsite days to different sites within the NYC Metro area, Monday - Friday from 9am-6pm (with an hour lunch).
