## Description

Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced L2 Workplace Support Engineer, supporting workplace infrastructure, collaboration technologies, and local network environments. This role combines advanced end-user support with hands-on technical troubleshooting and project activities., * Resolve complex incidents involving PCs, laptops, AV equipment, phones, and peripherals

 * Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and connectivity issues
 * Assist with IDF/MDF room activities, cabling, and infrastructure changes
 * Support backup, server, and printer environments
 * Deliver VIP support and participate in site projects and relocations
 * Collaborate with global IT teams and vendors
