This role requires translating complex electrical design requirements into functional, producible engineering drawings. The candidate will also build and manage complex software architectures to automate test requirements, interface with databases, create operator interfaces, and consolidate results into formal reports. Additionally, the candidate will lead tester development, integrate test equipment with reference units, verify requirements, and provide critical troubleshooting support within production test environments. This position requires a refined multidisciplinary skill set, as it entails serving as a technical project lead, software lead, and/or hardware lead. Responsibilities span the full project lifecycle, including detailed analog, digital, and RF hardware design, overseeing fabrication, and defining and executing qualification test plans. The candidate will leverage robust project management skills and a self-starter attitude while collaborating with internal organizations and external agencies to guarantee project success.
