## About the Role

* High school diploma or equivalent
 * 3+ years of experience in SAP integration with a focus on HRIS or payroll systems
 * Strong experience with SAP CPI, including building and supporting iFlows
 * Proficiency in Groovy scripting
 * Strong SAP ABAP experience, specifically within HRIS or payroll development
 * Solid understanding of SAP payroll processes
 * Experience with point-to-point integrations, BADIs, and adapter configurations
 * Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve production integration issues in a live environment
 * Experience with testing, deployment support, and technical documentation
 * Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams
 * Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying aligned with team priorities
 * Availability to work during MST business hours

## Description

HireArt is helping our client find an HRIS Integrations Engineer to support the development, deployment, and maintenance of SAP-based integration solutions, with a focus on payroll and HR systems.

In this role, you'll design and implement integrations within a live enterprise environment, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance across critical HRIS and payroll workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality integration solutions while supporting ongoing production needs.

The ideal candidate is a strong SAP CPI developer with experience in payroll-focused integrations. You are comfortable balancing development and production support, troubleshooting complex issues, and working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

As an HRIS Integrations Engineer, you will:

 * Design, develop, and implement SAP integrations using SAP CPI, including iFlows, Groovy scripting, Payroll ABAP development, point-to-point integrations, BAdIs, and adapter configurations.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including production errors and performance bottlenecks.
 * Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and developers to gather requirements and deliver effective integration solutions.
 * Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
 * Perform unit and integration testing to ensure solution quality and reliability.
 * Monitor integration performance and proactively address issues to maintain system stability.
 * Follow coding standards, development best practices, and security guidelines.
