* Formación: Grado o Máster en Desarrollo, Programación, Marketing, ADE, Comunicación, Ingeniería o similar.
 * Conocimientos básicos de Ecommerce: Plataformas (Shopify), Google Analytics/GA4, conceptos de CRO.
 * Herramientas: Excel/Sheets, sistemas de email marketing (Klaviyo), nociones de Photoshop/Figma. También familiaridad con HTML, CSS o Javascript.
 * Idiomas: Español nativo; inglés intermedio-alto (B2 o superior).
 * Mentalidad analítica orientada a datos y resultados.
 * Pasión por el comercio electrónico y las tendencias digitales.

## Description

* Diseñar, automatizar y optimizar flujos de email marketing (bienvenida, carrito abandonado, etc.) con herramientas como Klaviyo.
 * Analizar métricas clave (aperturas, CTR, conversiones) para ajustar estrategias basadas en datos.
 * Subir y mantener productos con descripciones, imágenes y atributos usando plataformas ecommerce (Shopify o similar).
 * Controlar inventarios y sincronizar con logística para garantizar stock real-time.
 * Implementar reglas dinámicas de precios y descuentos desde la plataforma.
 * Realizar análisis de ventas y tests A/B para reorganizar categorías y mejorar conversiones.
 * Proponer y ejecutar experimentos para mejorar UX/UI, aumentar tráfico cualificado y elevar la tasa de conversión.
 * Gestionar checklist técnicos y coordinar campañas cross-funcionales con Diseño, Contenido y Paid Media.
