* Expertise in building Web Native Apps using modern frameworks; experience developing Native iOS Apps is highly advantageous.
 * Mastery of UI/UX and frontend user interfaces utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, MVC/Visual Studio, or similar industry tools.
 * Deep proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript with a strong, foundational grasp of typography, grid systems, and Mobile-First Design.
 * Proven experience working with complex data-driven interfaces, mobile SDKs, and APIs.
 * Proficiency writing complex SQL queries and working with cloud-based Association Management Systems (iMIS EMS is strongly preferred)., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent professional experience may be substituted for education).
 * Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in professional application development.
 * Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
 * A high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Word and Excel) along with a strong working understanding of Google Workspace and Zoom.
