## Description

We're partnering with a well-known retail organization to hire an AV/IT Systems Engineer to support enterprise workplace technology and modern audiovisual systems across a fast-paced corporate environment.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting live technology environments, and working with the latest AV solutions. You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving workplace collaboration technology, digital signage, meeting spaces, and event support across the site.

Responsibilities

 * Support, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise AV and workplace technology
 * Configure and support Microsoft Teams Rooms and video conferencing solutions
 * Install, upgrade, and maintain digital signage and video wall systems
 * Provide technical support for internal meetings, presentations, and corporate events
 * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related AV issues
 * Work with external vendors on installations, upgrades, and preventative maintenance
 * Improve system reliability, performance, and user experience across AV environments
 * Document system configurations, procedures, and technical standards
