Packaging industry experience is ESSENTIAL. * 4+ years of experience delivering professional services and/or supporting ERP software solutions; experience within the printing or packaging industry strongly preferred. * Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across concurrent projects. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear, professional customer-facing presentations. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and follow-through. * Highly self-motivated and able to work independently while managing priorities across multiple customer engagements. * Comfortable presenting and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organization, from end users to executive leadership. PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE * Fluency in Spanish or French. * Direct experience in the corrugated or folding carton industry * Advanced familiarity with the capabilities and functionality of client's solutions. * Working knowledge of accounting principles as they relate to ERP systems (e.g., invoicing, costing, financial reporting)., * ERP Implementation: 4 years (Required) * Packaging Industry: 2 years (Required) * Manufacturing Industry: 2 years (Preferred) * Requirements gathering: 4 years (Required) ## Description The Implementation Consultant role is a key part of our client's Professional Services team, leading or supporting the implementation of SaaS ERP software for their customers. This role requires in-depth product knowledge and a strong consultative skillset to effectively work with our customers on how to best implement & derive value from our software. Team members must be comfortable working virtually as part of one or more customer engagements.
