 * Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
 * Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator) required; HubSpot or Salesforce experience a plus, * Bachelor's (Required), * Marketing: 2 years (Required)

## Description

* Design and maintain company WordPress websites (Vesta and E-Commerce sites), including layout, content updates, and user experience
 * Create marketing graphics for product brochures, magazine advertisements, business cards, social media accounts, trade show booths, and company websites
 * Design and update product labels and packaging; translate scientific and technical information into clear, accurate visuals
 * Plan and schedule content for social media accounts, including brand brainstorming, scouting opportunities, and drafting posts
 * Maintain and evolve brand standards across VPI and VII; ensure visual consistency across all customer-facing materials
 * Manage incoming design requests through SharePoint and Outlook; meet turnaround expectations and communicate proactively if a deadline is at risk
 * Maintain an organized brand asset library (logos, templates, brochures, tradeshow materials, magazine ads) in the designated OneDrive folder
 * Trade show coordination. Tasks include but are not limited to, working with vendors on printing materials and media measurements, produce trade show marketing aids (backdrops, signs/posters, banners, giveaways) and ordering booth materials (e.g., electrical cords, furniture, etc).
 * Additional duties as assigned
