Physical/Technical Requirements * Ability to lift and move computer equipment (e.g., desktops, monitors, peripherals) up to 25-40 lbs as needed. * Ability to perform desk-side support, including setup, cabling, and troubleshooting of workstations and peripherals. * Comfortable working on-site and moving between workspaces, offices, or floors as needed to provide support. * Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. ## Description We're looking for an IT Desktop Support, Onboarding & Training Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for setting up new employees with the systems and access they need, keeping our business systems running smoothly, and helping teams across the company work more efficiently.
