This role is responsible for transforming AI ideas, prototypes, and early-stage builds-often initiated by Product Managers-into scalable, secure, and production-ready applications. You will partner closely with Product Managers across the organization who are increasingly hands-on in building AI-driven prototypes. Your role is to take these concepts to the next level, refining, scaling, and operationalizing them into high-quality solutions that can be deployed across OneDigital's internal and external business lines. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI engineering, product thinking, and rapid experimentation.
