* 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 8 years focused on cybersecurity and network infrastructure
 * Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
 * Experience deploying and supporting:
 + Network authentication solutions
 + Network Access Control (NAC)
 + Security monitoring platforms
 + Endpoint protection technologies
 * Experience with:
 + Network security assessments
 + Vulnerability and risk management
 + Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365 security
 + Advanced Linux administration
 + Security Operations Centers (SOC)
 + Project and change management methodologies
 * Enterprise network security architecture
 * Data encryption technologies
 * Vulnerability assessment tools and techniques
 * Virtualized environments
 * Microsoft Windows and Linux administration
 * PowerShell, Bash, Python, or other scripting languages
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills
 * Ability to work independently while collaborating across technical teams
 * Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or equivalent cybersecurity certifications

In this role, you'll help safeguard enterprise systems, lead security initiatives, and strengthen an organization's overall cybersecurity posture.
