## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
 * 7 years of relevant experience
 * Demonstrated experience supporting low-code/no-code platform configuration (SharePoint, Power Platform, or comparable) in an enterprise environment
 * Ability to translate business requirements into technical recommendation
 * Experience supporting testing, validation, and user acceptance processes

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience supporting Health IT or federal healthcare platforms
 * Familiarity with Section 508-compliant application design
 * Experience developing user documentation and training-adjacent guidance for platform-based solutions
 * Federal IT experience strongly preferred

## Description

* Support design reviews and provide technical recommendations for low-code/no-code solutions (e.g., SharePoint, Power Platform) within Government-managed environments
 * Provide configuration support and validation of workflows, automation, and integrations developed within authorized platforms
 * Translate business and operational requirements into technical recommendations and solution designs
 * Support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities for platform-based solutions
 * Provide troubleshooting support, analysis, and recommendations to improve system performance and functionality
 * Develop documentation and user guidance for implemented solutions
 * Provide advisory support for process automation and workflow optimization initiatives
