 * Ability to deliver technical demonstrations

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain searches and reports in the ERP environment
 * Work with ERP-Consultant to design, develop, and maintain ERP customizations
 * Work with users and stakeholders to support operations.
 * Ensure solutions adhere to best practices for performance, security, and maintainability.
 * Develop and support integrations between ERP and upstream/downstream systems
 * Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
 * Contribute to solution architecture discussions
 * Support ERP roadmap initiatives and rollouts, including new modules and enhancements
 * Document efforts and support procedures to ensure long-term sustainability
 * Work to support releases, upgrades, and environment management
 * Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and simplify customizations over time
 * Stay current with ERP platform updates and emerging best practices
 * Other duties as assigned
