## About the Role

* Proven experience working as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a similar IT support role.
 * A strong understanding of computer systems, networks, security principles, and database management.
 * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
 * The ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical colleagues.
 * A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered.
 * Experience within a manufacturing or design-led environment would be a significant advantage.
 * Familiarity with CAD/CAM software or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is desirable.

* Analyse and evaluate current IT systems and infrastructure to identify opportunities for improvement.
 * Design, develop, and implement new systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and security.
 * Provide comprehensive technical support to our team for all hardware, software, and network-related issues.
 * Manage network security, data backups, and disaster recovery protocols to ensure business continuity.
 * Collaborate with different departments, including design and production, to understand their specific technological needs and provide effective solutions.
 * Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and user guides.
 * Oversee IT projects from the initial planning stages through to successful implementation and review.
 * Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to support company growth.
